Hand painted bike

The detailed painting on this bike was done by a mother and daughter when the child was 12. As is the way of these things, she immediately grew out of the bike and it didn't get used. The bike wasn't anything special, but we kept it because of the amount of love that had gone into it. After 11 months we found an adult woman the right size who loved it and gave it a forever home. We used clear acrylic varnish on the frame to make it glossy.
