Dealer Stickers
Most bike shops have a sticker to put on bikes they sell.
It's silent advertising and shows they have pride in their product.
To the left is the sticker we started using in 2001. They were a dryfix transfer made by Butchers Printed Products, who cold called one day and asked if we would like some stickers.
This was the only useful cold call we have ever had.
Butchers turned out to be a long established business who have made stickers for hundreds of bike shops, as we found out when we saw their sample sheet. They were very good to deal with, being old fashioned in the best way.
We have almost run out of these. There are a few left for repairs to regular customers bikes.

The shiny new sticker came in 2016 as part of a corporate rebranding exercise.
It's a vinyl sticker again made by Butchers. We were running out of the old one and the address was wrong, so new ones were needed.
Some people complain that they are not as attractive as the old ones, but we still have lots left and they need to be used up.

In 2021 the staff and volunteers were able to persuade the board to get new stickers as we were running out of the second version. Trustee Richard East produced this design, which combines the old shape and the corporate identity. Everyone is happy.
We removed the address and phone number, so it can be used for both workshops, and added the website and city.
Again these were printed by BPP Screen Graphics.
