Handlebar bags
Handlebar bags are great when you are on tour. They hold the small things you need often, like a map, camera and snacks.
Most users put their valuables and wallet in the bag and take it with them into cafes and shops.

Handlebar bags are so great if you don't have one on tour you're not doing it properly.
If you are using drop handlebars make sure your bag fits. In the old days the bags were held on by a complicated arrangement of bent metal and elastics, these days Rixen Kaul make a great quick release bracket, and an adaptor to fit old bags. The adaptor is KF802. It's not on the Rixel Kaul website but is on the Greyville website here. They are a wholesaler who will be able to direct you to a local shop who can order one for you.
