Dipping lever
Modern LED lights are very bright. One customer found he was dazzling car drivers with his Bushe and Muller light, so I came up with a dipping lever for him. It was so good that now we fit them to most dynamo lights.
Thinking a lever was a good idea was instant, realising that an old brake lever was the best thing to use took a couple of days. Brake levers are the right size and are made to be touched so are nice to use.
It would be possible to simply move the light on its pivot, but it's made of alluminium so will snap off eventually. The brake lever is stronger and cheaper to replace.
The customer supplied his own pink fluffy dice.
