Ben Cooper, owner of Kinetics, has attempted to hide from the LCP by moving his shop. It's quite small and has a small sign, so LCP members on their way to watch Partick Thistle are not distressed.
Inside, some of the shop is very interesting, with a fine collection of antique machine tools. It's what these are used to make that is impure. Ben could spend his time making fine traditional touring bikes, but instead has chosen to waste his time on recumbents, folding bikes and other deviant machines.
